2025 Spring Craft Fair

Join us at the Creeds Ruritans' annual BBQ and Spring Craft Fair on March 15, 2024, from 11 am to 5:00 pm, held at The Ralph Frost Activity Pavilion within the Creeds Ruritan Community Complex, located at 1057 Princess Anne Road, Virginia Beach.

We invite you to be a part of this exciting event! Exhibitors are responsible for setting up, attending, and cleaning up their display area. A 6-foot table is required, and we offer a limited number of tables for rent. The pavilion opens on Friday, 3/14, from 4-7 pm for early setup. For those setting up on the day of the event, setup begins at 9:00 am.

Please note that the Creeds Ruritans cannot assume responsibility for any damage to or theft from exhibits. Exhibitors should bring their own cash/change for customer transactions. While cell phone reception may not be optimal inside the steel building, wifi is now available! Donations are nonrefundable.

Spaces are limited, and for those requesting electrical access, please bring your own extension cord. Also, be aware that exhibitors are expected to have their items for sale throughout the entire event, as early cleanup may affect future invitations.

This year, we are pleased to offer each vendor the opportunity to purchase up to two discounted BBQ dinner tickets for $10 each. You can pre-order these tickets and pick them up during check-in or purchase them on-site at the time of check-in.

If, for any reason, we cannot accommodate you we will return your check. Once we receive your completed registration form and donation, you will receive a confirmation email that you have a space in our craft fair.
